Sympraxis is a civic action platform that allows citizens of Cyprus to:

• Create and sign petitions on issues that matter to them. • Generate formal letters to municipal and government authorities with the help of artificial intelligence. • Stay informed about active citizen initiatives.

3. User Accounts

To create a petition or sign one, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and using accurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content. • Create petitions that incite hatred, violence, or discrimination. • Use the platform for spam or commercial purposes. • Violate the intellectual property rights of others. • Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt platform operations.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you post on the platform, including petitions and comments. By posting content, you grant us the right to display it on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. AI-Generated Letters

Formal letters generated via artificial intelligence are provided as an assistive tool. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before sending. Sympraxis is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sympraxis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including failure of petitions to achieve their goals or errors in AI-generated letters.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at sympraksiscy@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
